Returns Policy

Returned Items Under Warranty
We don't have many products, if any,  returned under warranty but any returned to us are at the sender’s expense. 
Nrg4 Cycling will not arrange or pay for collection of goods to be returned unless we have a sales representative in your area. 
If items are returned via our sales team, they may only be done so with a valid RMA number.
Returns can only be accepted with a valid returns number, this enables us to track the progress of the return through the system.
Please fill in completelty the online returns form (link here:http://nrg4.co.uk/account/return/insert) - this will generate a unique RMA number for tracking and provide us with the reasons for the return- this ultimatly helps speed up the process.
Do not replace or credit any products to your customer, before returning the product to Nrg4 Cycling.
Any customer (dealer), who promises to refund or replace an item without authorization from Nrg4 Cycling, does so at his or her own risk.
Nrg4 Cycling will endeavour to deal with warranty issues within 48hrs of receiving the product.
Nrg4 Cycling will repair or replace faulty parts only and not complete assemblies.
If direct replacments cannot be suplied an equal alternative will be or a credit raised.
Nrg4 Cycling representatives and sales representatives are not authorized to collect goods, give return numbers, authorize credit or replace ietms.
